Mr. Clarke has designed and presented R&D management workshops to scientific personnel in government and industrial laboratories for twenty-six years, and has been a consultant  to all of the Canadian government's science-based departments on R&D management, intellectual property management, and science programs and policy.

Participants will receive a 120+ page workshop manual.
