Managing and Leading the R&D Team

This two day workshop is designed to provide R&D team or group leaders with the knowledge and skills required to manage and lead highly trained professionals in the challenging environment of an R&D laboratory. This workshop draws heavily on the vast literature on the management of technological innovation and R&D management, and the input from hundreds of previous workshop participants.

Mr. Clarke has designed and presented R&D management workshops to scientific personnel in government and industrial laboratories in Canada, China and the U.S. for twenty-eight years, and has been a consultant to all of the Canadian government's science-based departments on R&D management, intellectual property management, and science programs and policy.
Participants will receive a 100+ page workshop manual.
